Gentle guidance through yoga therapy and meditation to nurture your mind and body.

My approach

I believe in making wellness simple and accessible for everyone. My approach combines evidence informed yoga therapy and mindful meditation techniques designed to help you unwind, heal, and grow at your own pace. My classes and therapy sessions bring together movement, breath, meditation and mantra, adapted to your body, your energy and your life right now. Whether you're new to these practices or looking to deepen your experience, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Experience & Training

I hold the highest level of accredited yoga training, a Masters of Yoga Therapy, Meditation and Lifestyle Medicine, and am a Senior Level 3 Master BioMedical Yoga Therapist and Meditation Teacher.

I am proud to be a registered member of Yoga Australia, the national peak body for yoga in Australia. Membership means I meet rigorous standards of training, ethics and ongoing professional development.

My training brings together the ancient wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda with current research in the biomedical sciences, so every session is both heartfelt and grounded in evidence.

I bring 30 years of combined teaching experience. I hold a Bachelor of Education and taught in schools before bringing my love of teaching to yoga. I have taught in yoga studios over many years and now offer regular classes at Banksia Hall, Hope Island.

I also bring 30 years of business management experience within a family-owned manufacturing company.

This background gives me a practical, organised approach and a real understanding of the pressures that busy professionals and business owners carry. I know what it takes to balance work, family and wellbeing, because I have lived it.

I have worked one on one with dozens of clients, helping them build better health, wellbeing and vitality for life. I am a teacher and mentor in Yoga Teacher Training programs, and I have presented a mindfulness workshop to more than 1000 people at an industry conference. I also host workshops and day retreats, creating nourishing spaces to pause, learn and reconnect.etreats are close to my heart.

I am about to co-host my fifth retreat in India, and I have recently co-hosted an Ayurvedic retreat with Dr Asha Sadasivan, clinical psychiatrist and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Practitioner.

As a mystic and Mistress of Ceremonies, I also hold sacred circles to honour life's meaningful moments. These include blessing circles for mothers to be, gatherings for brides to be, and gentle ceremonies to commemorate a loved one. Each circle is created with love and shaped around the people it celebrates.

I love to collaborate. If you would like me to host or co-create a workshop, retreat, ceremony or special event, I would be delighted to hear from you. Please get in touch and let's explore what we might create together.
